ON the twelfth day of Christmas my Realtor gave to me

12 KEYS TO RENTALS  ~ Real Estate is an excellent investment for building wealth! 

11 HOME DEPOT GIFT CARDS   ~ Every Home Owner knows that even if you don’t do any renovations, you’ll need to maintain your home & do repairs.

10 HOME INSPECTIONS   ~ The Buyer of real estate should always take advantage of the expertise of Home Inspectors to avoid major surprises after the closing!

9 PURCHASE CONTRACTS   ~ The rule in real estate is PUT IT IN WRITING.  Verbal contracts are nice, but written contracts are better.

8 HOMES TO LOOK AT   ~ Narrowing your home search to only those that meet your criteria avoids a lot STRESS in the process of home buying.

7 SELLER DISCLOSURES   ~ Disclosures protect everyone involved in the real estate transaction; during the sale process and after the closing.

6 DOORBELLS RINGING   ~ Marketed properly and priced right a home will attract attention immediately once put up for sale

5 EARNEST MONEY CHECKS…….  ~ Multiple offers cause a Sellers heart to sing, as this often pushes the price higher than the list price.

4 GOOD SHOWINGS   ~ When the home is ready for the new owner the showing will go well; good showings translate to purchase offers

3 CLOSINGS DATES   ~ Your Realtor will walk you through all of the processes that will lead you right to PAY DAY at the Closing table

2 YARD SIGNS   ~ Greater exposure can only lead to a shorter sale time frame, so make sure everyone knows the home is FOR SALE!

AND A BUYER WITH CASH MONEY!   ~ This needs no explanation from me!
